Project on Seditious Conspiracy and the January 6th Capitol Attack
A project that looks at contemporary issues in national security law. Chief topics for 2021 and 2022 are the pros and cons of a domestic terrorism statute; the history of the seditious conspiracy statute; and the law and legacy of the terrorism prosecutions in the criminal justice system.
